Who we are
SOFT4U BV is the controller for the personal data processed through this website.
What we collect
When you use the form: the company name you send, your email address and your optional note, plus a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. We use no cookies and no third-party trackers; Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. When you arrive from an AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Copilot), we count that visit by the assistant's name and the day only — no cookies and no personal data.
Why
To answer your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long
Form submissions are deleted after 12 months unless a conversation continues.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, the form, analytics) and our email provider (to notify us of your request).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
