Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — ProofVolt supports record-keeping, transparency and human oversight as product capabilities. In the Act these are requirements for high-risk AI systems (Arts. 12–14), which apply to Annex III systems from 2 December 2027 under Regulation (EU) 2026/1744.
