### What is ProofVolt?

ProofVolt is KYB/KYC software for compliance teams. Every decision comes with its proof: a receipt that shows what was checked and where it came from.

### What does “Every green is earned.” mean?

A ProofVolt approval turns green only when the evidence behind it is there. Without proof, it does not turn green.

### What does a ProofVolt receipt show?

Each line names a check and its outcome — for example the identity card, the link between owner and director, the company register and the website — with its source.

### Does ProofVolt ever clear a company on missing data?

No. A gap is shown as a gap, and a risk stays on the record: no later document, round or AI output can quietly clear it.

### Does an AI make the decision?

No. The officer decides with the receipt. Every AI-assisted output is traceable to its inputs, and approvals can require a second pair of eyes.

### Where is the data hosted?

In the EU. Personal data is encrypted at rest, and ProofVolt can also be deployed on your own infrastructure.

### Which regulations does ProofVolt support?

It supports your work under AMLR / AMLA (customer due diligence, beneficial ownership, reporting and record-keeping), the EU AI Act (traceable AI outputs, human oversight) and GDPR (data minimisation, encryption, data-subject rights). It helps you show your work; it does not replace your own assessment.

Send us a company: its name and your email. We look it up in public registers only — no documents, no customer data — and reply with its receipt.
